Do you design the product entirely yourselves?

No, we are not a true design studio. You or your industrial designer provides the basic idea or design, and we handle the technical translation into a product that is truly manufacturable in series production.

What does ‘making it manufacturable’ mean exactly?

We analyse your design for its technical feasibility for injection moulding and optimise it where necessary. This includes aspects like wall thicknesses, draft angles, shrinkage, material choices and assembly options. This way, we prevent errors and delays during production.

Do I need to already have a mould before coming to you?

No, we guide you from product development to mould-making and production. If you already have a design, we will ensure it is made suitable for injection moulding, including the design and construction of the mould.

Do you collaborate with external design agencies?

Yes. We often work in tandem with industrial designers or R&D teams from our clients. We focus on the technical implementation and manufacturability, while the design team manages the aesthetic and conceptual aspects.

Can I come to you even if my design isn’t fully finished yet?

Absolutely. We are happy to get involved and share our expertise with you from an early stage. The earlier we are involved, the better we can help guide the project towards technical and economic optimisation.

How do you ensure my product is sustainable?
